Samantha Ronson was arrested Monday morning at 10:30 a.m. outside of Baker, Calif. for driving under the influence. According to a law enforcement officer, the 33-year-old DJ was driving her black Porsche Targa 89 m.p.h. in a 70 m.p.h. zone. When contacted by law enforcement, she showed signs of being impaired, she was told to perform a series of balance tests during which she displayed signs of impairment. Ronson admitted she had consumed alcohol and was on her way home from Las Vegas, according to an officer. Ronson who is best known for her relationship with Lindsay Lohan was described as friendly and talkative and she was cooperative during the investigation, according to an officer.
She was released from by San Bernadino Sheriff's Department at 5:30 p.m.
