Ryan Earl Merriman an actor from the movie "Final Destination 3", who has also appeared on the television shows "Pretty Little Liars," "Smallville," and "The Pretender" was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence in Newport Beach, according to police.
The actor was arrested about 11:30 p.m. last Sunday after police pulled him over near East Coast Highway and Bayside Drive, according to police spokeswoman Kathy Lowe.
Merriman's bail was set at $2,500 and he was released at 9 a.m. Monday, according to Lowe.
Merriman has also appeared in and "The Ring Two," according to the Internet Movie Database.
